Shipping Policy
Wizik can deliver to all serviceable areas within West Malaysia. However, shipping is limited for products weighing 20kg and below.

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and SMS. After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
In Peninsular Malaysia only: 1 – 6 business days (except Sunday and holidays).

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, origin, and destination and will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout.
West Msia  : RM5.00 for first 3kg, subsequent RM1.00 per kg
East Msia   : RM13.00 for first kg, subsequent  RM11.00 per kg
*25% surcharge is applicable for both East and West Msia

Wizik accepts all Visa and MasterCard, both Credit and Debit, and is 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, and MasterCard Secure) enabled. All your credit card information is protected by means of industry – leading encryption standards.

Warranty

Thank you for purchasing Wizik appliances. Your registration serves as your proof of purchase and will allow us to keep you informed on product updates.

For effective after-sales service, kindly take note that:

  1. Warranty card to be replaced by online warranty. Register online entitle to enjoy extra 1 month of warranty.
  2. Warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse, fair wear & tear, wrong voltage installation, acts of nature, or if tempered with, in any attempt to self-repair / through unauthorized agent.
  3. Reference number will be generated after submission successful created. Please present it while claim for warranty.
  4. Wizik reserves the right to reduce the warranty period if the appliance is utilized for commercial or semi commercial purposes.
